This form serves as a legal binding contract for all contestants and guests on their behalf. Upon submission of this form, you will be directed to complete your Emcee form that will be used to introduce you on stage. After you submit the Emcee Form, you will be directed to complete a "Contestant & Guest Food Allergies, Contact Information, and Medical Issues Form" for pageant week.

A form MUST be completed for EACH contestant.

I understand that I and my family or fans MUST show good sportsmanship at all times, including before, during, or after this event, including actions on social media and in private conversations. Any incidents that are reported due to bad sportsmanship will result in a 5 point deduction per judge, per incident. I understand that there may be secret judges watching my character at all times. I understand that I must be positive and speak nicely of others and will act in a professional manner at all times. I understand that I am responsible for the actions of my family members or fans attending the pageant and that their unsportsman-like behavior could cause me to receive point deductions. I understand that if one of the secret judges witnesses bad behavior that I may or may not be approached about the situation. I understand that if I am accused or I accuse someone else of bad sportsmanship or behavior that I will be asked to meet with one of our staff members along with the other party(ies) involved to resolve or address the situation PRIOR to crowning.
I am giving permission that my images, video, and verbiage can be used by Pure American Productions and Pure International Pageants at any time.

I release Pure International Productions, LLC, Pure International Pageants, LLC, Proverbs 31 Mentors Group, and The Event Venue and all persons associated with this event of all medical, emergency, physical, emotional, and financial responsibilities. I understand that I can not hold PURE and it's affiliates for any medical or illness issues related to COVID or any other viruses or illnesses.

I understand that if I win this Pageant that I am required to return to the next year's International Pageant to crown my successor and failure to do so will result in returning my crown, sash, and all prizes awarded and forthcoming, as well as reimbursing the pageant office for prizes or expenses invested on my behalf as a national or international titleholder. I understand that bad sportsmanship, not working with the pageant office or staff, or not fulfilling my community service or appearance obligations will result in loss of my pageant title. I also understand that I must meet all of my contractual obligations to receive my prizes, awarded and forthcoming.

I understand that if I win that I may not start another pageant, become a director for another pageant or compete in any other pageant during my reign. I understand that I will need to complete one personal Be the Impact Project, participate in the International Queen's Be the Impact Project and to do at least one public appearance each month of my reign and that I need to post that to the main Pure International Pageants Facebook page.

As an Adult, age 18 or older, I hereby acknowledge that by signing this agreement that I agree to all the rules & regulations on the pageant website and will follow all rules set forth via the pageant system. I understand that by not signing this agreement that I am not eligible for an overall age-division title.
As an chaperone/parent/guardian of a minor contestant age 18 or younger or as an adult contestant I hereby acknowledge that by putting my name in the box below that my contestant and her guests will abide by this agreement and I agree to all the rules & regulations on the pageant website and will follow all rules set forth via the pageant system. I understand that by not signing this agreement that my contestant is not eligible for an overall age-division title.
